1 · Operator

2 · Nature of the information

The portal combines government open data (Census of India 2011 PCA and Amenities, Soil Health Card statistics, eKhasra, Bhunaksha, NBSS&LUP soil maps, data.gov.in), satellite observations (ESA Sentinel-2, Esri World Imagery / Wayback) and model inferences (FTW field boundaries, WorldCereal references, SoilGrids 250m, AI crop and soil estimates). Model outputs are estimates, not measurements, and every value shows its source.

3 · Land records are matches, not documents

Gata numbers, khatauni ownership and eKhasra entries shown here are matches against government services for convenience — यह सरकारी अभिलेख से मिलान है. They are not legal documents. Verify with the official खतौनी and your लेखपाल before any transaction or dispute; the official record prevails.

4 · Agronomy advisories

Soil tests are computed (SoilGrids + district SHC baseline), not laboratory analyses. Crop suitability, fertiliser doses and AI answers are decision support, not professional agronomic advice; consult your KVK / agriculture department before acting at scale.

5 · Accounts & login records

Sign-in uses AWS Cognito. On each login the portal records the time and your account identity (email, username) in a login register used for security and service improvement. Do not share your credentials.

6 · Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no bulk lookup of other people's land records, no resale of the portal's data feeds, no attempt to bypass authentication. Government sources carry their own terms and rate limits — respect them.

7 · No warranty & liability

The portal is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Rursat is not liable for losses arising from use of estimates, third-party data outages, or actions taken on portal information.
